Short Sale Investor. With a "self-trained" team of negotiators, I have bought and sold over 100 short sales in the past 2 years. Started with transactional investors, and after a short period of time, was able to personally invest in the properties, as well as finding local investors to get better fees. Still going strong in Florida with short sales, and am also expanding out into the Greater Cincinnati area to focus on mortgage assignments.
