Rob’s vision to move to Park City in 1996 was to seek out the best combination of lifestyle and environment to raise his family. Rob enjoys the scenic mountains and believes the Park City lifestyle offers the perfect blend for success and way of life. Making the move to Utah from Texas and becoming a Realtor was a natural transition for Rob from his previous business purchasing real property, subdividing and reselling. In addition to land development, he owned a successful company that was involved in constructing the entire development infrastructure such as underground utilities, paving and flood control. Rob is a current member of Park City and Salt Lake City Board of Realtors. His professional accreditations include ABR (Accredited Buyer Agent), CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and extensive training in Short Sales, Bank Owned and Distressed Proper ties. The Park City area, as well as nearby Wasatch county, currently offer excellent real estate investment opportunities.
