Hi Rick,
Thanks for your email. I work for a realtor and have a lot of short sale files. I usually have little time join groups. Since I handle files for not our realty office, I have five others. It has been a very heavy week.
I was not being rude by not responding... just really busy.

Fifth Third is being difficult and I have tried several things. Paying off the first and at least 100k on the 2nd and they want deficiency. I am determined to win!
