I am mortgage consultant and real estate agent. I'm a native of San Diego, but have lived in Georgia for the last 30 years, with residences in Smyrna, Marietta and Powder Springs. Being a resident of Powder Springs for the past 17 years, needless to say - I know the area well. I have watched Powder Springs, Austell, Acworth, Dallas and Hiram all grow by leaps and bounds in the past 10 years.
