While I don't do Short Sales as a rule (Loan Modification Negotiator), I have found this site extremely useful. I work with Former State Senator Daryl Jones - President of EquiVest Law, P.A. - and even with all that ammunition, I still have a difficulty reaching a resolution with some Lenders (forget favorable - any resolution will do sometimes!).
