Need help with a BofA equity (2nd) fast approval. This has been a crazy file. The first had postponed the 4-2-12 sale date when they directed the file into the Hamp system now they say the borrowers DTI does not allow her to qualify for Hamp so the 4-2-12 sale date is back on. We have a strong offer but I do not have approval from BofA on the 2nd.
Is there a contact at BofA to help me fast track through the system? If not they will
get nothing and the foreclosure will happen next week. Any help on the 2nd loan
