Orinda Office Hi, I’m Patrice Petersen Sandstrom, a Realtor with J. Rockcliff Realtor’s Orinda, CA office. I am a wife and mother of 4 wonderful children whom I adore and one dog named Minnie. Shortly after moving to California in 2004, I accepted a job in the home mortgage business and began my journey in Real Estate. Handling up to 10 transactions per month as the client care coordinator for the company’s top producer was a very challenging and rewarding experience for me and really set me up for how I handle my own clients today. My job was to ensure that whatever was happening with their transaction, our client could feel comfortable knowing that every step of the way someone was looking out for their best interest and would keep them informed of the process. In 2005, I made the switch to become a licensed Realtor and have been in the top 10% of production and named to the President’s Circle for the past 3 years. I am so happy with my decision to become a Realtor. Any realtor can find you a house. The difference I provide is that I take pride in my reputation as being an honest, straightforward professional. I want you to have trust and confidence in my abilities. I have a wholehearted commitment to go the extra mile and do my very best. My goal is to help you reach yours. We handle listings and sales all along Highway 13, Highway 24, and the Highway 680 corridor. Recently, we have been handling short sale transactions all around the greater bay area.
