We have submitted an offer for a short sale, via Duffey Realty. The short-sale offer is for 260 Manning Rd, #102, Marietta, Ga 30064. IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS SINCE WE'VE SUBMITTED THIS!!! What is the hold up? The attorneys at Parkway Law Group are unable to get anywhere w/ SUNTRUST! If I go into foreclosure I will consult an attorney. This is ridiculous!
