I cut my teeth in the investment business in the late 1980’s purchasing several houses to both buy and hold and flip. During the 1990’s I went to work for an investment and development company. I was Senior Property Manger with several hundred muti-family units and commercial buildings in my portfolio. I also was Project Manager on a large scale condo project, updating units to be put on the market and Project Manager on numerous other buildings that were rehabbed. During my tenure I also started a real estate sales division for the company. With as much construction background I found time to get my contactors license as well. Seeking to expand my horizons I became a real estate salesperson for a major international residential real estate company. My sales put me in the top 10% internationally in a company of over 75,000 agents at the time. The world of finance came calling at I spent time working for an major international financial company then moved on to became COO of a mortgage and real estate firm. That partnership later evolved into Sound Redevelopment Group and Sound Realty Northwest. I am also the President of Sound Default Solutions a short sale negotiation company with a successful closing rate over 90%.
