Hello,
Yes. That is the last FHA guideline for one agent representing both sides. You can always all the HUD National Servicing Center for ABSOLUTE clarification. FHA sees this as a "Conflict of Interest" and therefore penalizes the agent. Please note, this was the policy when I was a Negotiator for a servicer 2 years ago, but I would go directly to HUD/FHA with the concern.
