Full time Havasu agent since 1990. Began working short sales October 08. Training: Short Sale Genius, Fred and Kevin of KW, Phoenix area, Active Rain, Hogan, and networking with agents who CLOSE short sales. Have closed about 40 so far, which doesn't sound terribly impressive, but have the lead in our market by 100%.
