I have been a Realtor for 28 years in the Greater Cleveland area. I have experience in all areas of listing and sales. I have done several short sales and sold numerous bank owned houses. My feeling is that is better to work with sellers to complete a short sale than to have them abandon the property. This only hurts the real estate market. We have experienced a terrible time in the industry in the past several years. We are now on the upswing. I would like to contribute to keeping it that way. I have helped several homeowners sell their home and keep their dignity.
