I am trying to sell my condo. I took out an equity line of credit back in September 2007. My realtor from Keyes explained to me that I have two equity lines of credit. She did figure out that I only have two different address's. The title company has to get the updated information that I only had one equity line of credit not two.
I hope someone could find the paper work needed for the title company so I can have a closing date.
