How are you marketing to get all your leads and conversions to files? If I understand you correctly, you said you 've only been working this short sale gig for 3 months yet you already have about 35 properties under contract. Dude, that is smoking and your marketing must be KILLER. Please share as I'm in Fort Worth/Dallas and not a threat to steal/take any of your market share out their in Ventura. OBTW - I grew up in Los Angeles.
