My wife and I are currently in the process of a shortsale and have actually received an offer and an approval of that amount, however BOA wont give any documents stating we arent responsible for the defiency. We were approved for HAFA and apparantly BOA approved the shortsale before HAFA was finished with their paperwork. Needless to say we cant shortsale under HAFA. Can some please Help us and guide us around this sticky situation.
