I saw your post regarding the direct extension number. What information did you need to have ready when they answered? The sellers realtor that submitted our offer has been the one contacting them so I don't have a reference number or anything. I'll probably try to call them today. According to the Realtor, our package has been with the negotiator for about 3 weeks now but I have my doubts. Thanks
