I'm a Realtor Sales and Leasing Specialist with Connect Realty located in The Woodlands, TX just north of Houston. My area reaches to all areas of North of Houston and surrounding towns. I have some informal short sale training through REMAX. I acquired a TX Loan Officer license in 2008 which is inactive, just to learn the process. The rules are constantly changing which is the only thing you can count on, so I continue to learn.
