I have over 16 years of real estate experience. I have been one of the most recognized and respected names in my area. I began my career as an assistant for Roger Staubach and The Staubach Company back in the early 90’s. One day Roger, himself suggested that I get my license and enter into the commercial side of real estate. He stated that he was impressed with the way I handled myself and business. I obtained my real estate license in 1998 but never went into commercial real estate, opting for the residential side instead going on to earn several top honors and awards. I was one of the first agents to become dual license as a Realtor and Loan Officer in the DFW Metroplex when that first became an option (no longer practicing mortgages). I was a top-producing agent and loan officer. This loan origination knowledge has given me the skills to get the transaction closed. I was also one of the first agents to practice short sale listings, sales and processing in the DFW area. Early in my career, I established a reputation for negotiating the sale for first time home buyers, short sales and HUD properties on my client’s behalf, and getting the job done!
