My Profile
Hello,
I have a USDA direct home loan that I purchase 7 years ago. I now owe more then what my home is worth. I talk to a realtor and they said they could put it on the market for $129,000 not minus the commission of 6%. I owe $140,000 on it right now. I stuck a lot of money into this home. I am moving in Oct to Florida to live with my boyfriend. I will find work there I'm a private CNA for the elderly. My client that I took care of is in a nursing home at this time. Have a very part time job with a home health company. They can't give me full time hours. I've sent USDA several emails and also called them but no response back. I finally just stop making a payment on my home. Maybe this is what I have to do for them to contact me. What will happen if I just walk away from all of this? Also would like to do a short sale if they approve this and forgive me of the difference. I'm starting over fresh in another state. What to do please help!
