I have worked in Real Estate for 20 years and worked as a Transaction Coordinator for the past 3 years. I am currently working around 28 short sales at a time. Each month, the number seems to grow. I've learned the best training is to acutally work several of these files. However, I also feel that information from others who work a lot of them is so helpful. Each transaction is unique.
