I've been in RE for 12 years, the last 5 in Florida, which is a huge short sale and foreclosure state. Seems that all my buyers are going for short sales. I have listings both SS and traditional. Easy enough to get the SS listings under contract, it's just the awful wait to get to closings. I have my CDPE® designation.
