In this market, I work to navigate difficult waters that sometimes include short sales, REO properties, pre-foreclosures and other "outside the box" buying and selling scenarios. While including traditional real estate, it is also important to choose an agent who has experience in market-specific transactions. I work to educate myself in order to protect my client through the process, whether it is a first time buyer or a more experienced move up customer.
