I have been a licensed active Nevada Real Estate Licensee & Realtor for 24 years, receiving my Nevada Broker’s License in 1996. I not only specialize in traditional residential real estate, but also in Short Sales, REO-Bank Owned Residential Properties, whether listing , or assisting in purchasing, as well as commercial property transactions, which include representing sellers and buyers in the purchase, sale & leasing of commercial investment properties. I am a native Nevadan, born & raised in the Reno/Sparks area. I am graduate of Reed High School in Sparks, Nevada, and of the University of Nevada, achieving a Bachelor of Science degree in Business.
