I have been selling residential real estate since 1987 in the DC Metropolitan Area. Former co-owner of 2 RE/MAX offices in the area and now with Long & Foster Downtown Silver Spring. Am a novice to short sales and have only completed 1 and it frustrated me so much I refer them out now to more experienced agents.
