I signed the addendum (change in negotiated price) on Sunday Nov 21 which had a closing date of Dec 31, it will be virtually impossible to close by that date, i guess im close but no cigar

As the buyer in a short sale situation how can i check the status or try to push for a official acceptance offer letter from the bank, it has been a little over a week and still no official letter?

i received the verbal acceptance from bank of america, how long does it take to receive the official letter so i can start the loan process

I'm not sure where to go from here...but it is really frustrating. They really do not seem to care about incurring $1,000's in additional losses from a trustee sale vs. just doing the short sale.
