I have done several short sales, all with Chase Home Mortgage. I've successfully closed every one, including one with a 2nd mortgage by a different lender. I recently got a new short sale listing and the seller's lender is BofA. I'm excited about the opportunity to learn more about the way they handle their Short Sales.
