I am an experienced REO agent and currently work with a number of asset management companies and banks. I have performed CFK transactions with 100 % success and am knowledgeable in the REO process from checking occupancy to the closing table. I can perform the necessary tasks involving evictions, weekly and monthly status reports, BPO’s, bank addendums and pre-qualifying buyers. I have taken online classes with Default School. I have been completing BPO’s for 8 years and working REO’s for 5 years. Seventy five percent of my business last year was REO properties. I am available, prompt and efficient.
