  I didn't have a looming foreclosure on mine, but I don't think Ocwen is in the business of taking property back either. It's a small bank. Assuming you have a signed offer and complete package, get it submitted, then call Josh (see previous posts by me).
  
  Also, I saw a message from you about 4% commission, but didn't know how to respond. My first approval came back at 6%, but it didn't exclude recourse. Once I negotiated that out, they dropped to 5%, but I wasn't willing to go any lower. They would have had to take the property at that point. Protect your pay and stand your ground!

  Yes those are the latest doc's I just used them in Jan / Feb to get short sale into the system.
