I have been in the business since the mid 80's. I have held licenses in California, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois and currently in Oregon. I am also currently working on Loan Modifications. Although they are time consuming and the banks are not really exactly eager to help with these, once they are done the client is elated and extremely grateful.
