Started with Short Sales back in the Spring of 2007 - did a lot of ActiveRain blogging on the topic which still makes my phone ring. By August 2007, I started listing REO's and left Short Sales behind - focusing on the new business. By December, 2009, I again sense the winds of change and just listed my first Short Sale in over 2 years - preparing for a SHORT 2010.
