I am an real estate agent in the North Orange County area of CA. 100% of business comes from referrals. I average about 75% of my busines in Short Sale Listings and the rest is Standar Sales / Estate Sales. I have been doing BPO's for over 4 years now but they have slowed down so much that I am only averaging 1 - 3 month.
