Hello I absolutely love the real estate business. Flexibilty of my shcedule, being self employed and having control of my income are what I enjoy most. I focus on listings and refer buyers typically. Listings are the cornerstone of the real estate business in my opinion. Listings provide excellent exposure and marketing for free. Once I have a client I use a monthly greeting card system and provide movie tickets to each client. My greeting cards are unique and cover everything from Thank You to July 4th and an "After Christmas Card". Even during these tough times I find myself giving thanks that I became a realtor. I could never be an 8-5 guy playing office politics and waiting for my raise. I love this website and will find more time to learn from all of my fellow realtors.
