I'm currently working with one of their HAFA managers and they don't put any numbers in an email.
I received an email to list the property "at the value we had discussed." I wrote him back asking what number that was, and I got a phone call to explain that they don't put numbers in email. (Of course he also read me the part about "this conversation may be monitored or recorded..." so it's apparently ok for them to keep permanent records!)
