I have been a licensed Realtor since 2005, and have worked on short sales since that time. Success rate is about 99.9% I am tenancious, aggressive, and "get the job done". I am also compassionate with all of my clients. This is not an easy process for them, and my job is to help take the stress off of their shoulders.
I am a CDPE (Certified Distress Property Expert), and am a member of NAR and SMDRA. I love the professional I have chosen.
