I work with California eBroker, a northern California brokerage. We are open for business throughout the state. Our specialty has always been (for the past 15 years) helping homeowners in foreclosure or in need of help with a real estate "problem." Today's short sales are a special, however very common, situation. When you hire an agent to help you sell your house, you need someone who really knows short sales and how they work. Your brother, neighbor or friend's friend is not good enough these days to ensure success. California law know makes Short Sales MUCH MORE BENEFICIAL than letting your house foreclose. You have more protection when you short sale your house.
