I am a licensed Realtor working as a transaction coordinator for five agents. We are currently working mostly short sales. I have had great success working with a variety of banks, I am struggling with just one...I am looking for ideas and tips that will help us in closing a higher percentage of our deals in a timely manner...and since Short Sales are going to be around for the next several years, I want to be able to go after more of them.
