My Profile
My real estate career grew out of my personal journey as a horse owner, from north suburban Alpharetta to beautiful Morgan County. A retired senior executive from the home furnishings industry, I bring a unique blend of marketing and deal-making skills to my real estate practice. My interest in preserving our local agricultural heritage led to my service with the Morgan County 10 Year Comprehensive Planning process, and inspired me to create a business aimed at promoting Georgia's Lake Country to horse and farm lovers looking for a great place to live. Horse & Home specializes in farm and investment land properties in Georgia's Lake Country. As a horse and farm owner and long time real estate investor, I understand the needs and concerns of both buyers and sellers. With 25 years of experience in the retail and wholesale business, I know that customer service is always in fashion. We strive to always exceed customer expectations. I use internet marketing to reach a national audience, and have hosted buyers from many states, including California, Illinois, Ohio, Massachusetts, and Florida. Visit http://www.horseandhome.com/ today. Results matter in our business. In just 3 years, I cracked the top 5% of Prudential agents worldwide in productivity. My client-driven focus produces raving fans for both my buyers and sellers. In 2010, I was named Realtor of the Year for the Lake Country Board of Realtors. I have specialized training in Resort and Second Home markets, 1031 Exchanges, and E-Marketing. I'm proud to be affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Lake Country Madison office. The Coldwell Banker brand represents integrity, reliability and the highest degree of professional standards. My partner and I live on a 75 acre lakefront farm near Buckhead with several cats, dogs, and about a dozen horses. My daughter, Johanna, was an international three day eventer, and is currently breeding and training thoroughbreds on her farm in Kentucky.
