Hi Janet, Flagstar is the worst. I call wait 20-25 minutes then they will not answer any questions because i have a "point person" Devin who's the ONLY one that can help me. They switch me to devin, get a voicemail, and never get a call back.This is a HUD- PFS, but no acknowledgement or ATP from Flagstar. Who do i contact ??? FSD is 6/5/12. Thankyou for your attention- Bob
PS. i have an offer already ,but no HUD appraisal to start the list price & PFS process. Should i send the Offer or wait for Flagstar to send the ATP?
