  I am so glad it looks like Pulaski is coming through. They have a good reputation here and I am glad to see the CEO is living up to that. So cool that they called the seller to apologize - don't think that would happen with b of a.

  I asked Derek Meyers about this - he's the loan officer from Pulaski who sits in my office - he wanted to talk to you first before giving you what might not be the right name. I dug up your cell number on Active Rain and gave it to him; we've been emailing back and forth this evening so I suspect you will hear from him tomorrow.   Are you referring to the Pulaski Bank in St. Louis? Although I don't know anyone in a loan modification capacity, my company has partnered with Pulaski as our mortgage lending department, and the officer I work with may be able to steer you in the right direction. Let me know if this is the same bank and if you are interested in his contact info.
