Well it has been a successful week. I called the processor everyday and emailed the workcenter supervisor and her within Equator and outside email 4 days in a row with updates and requests for confirmation that they received everything in my emails.
We all agreed to forget about Equator (they closed the file out in the program) and work outside of it. Normally each work team only has one person who does this but the workcenter supervisor approved the newly assigned processor or loan adjuster to do so since she was my 4th one. I never did get any response from the negotiator he was completely silent the whole time. i can only hope he saw the case file and approved it. Don't really know and not worried about it now as we got APPROVAL TODAY!! Yeah!! What a horrible lengthy experience. It never used to be this bad.
If I were you I would hang onto the escalation case and keep it alive. Email, call and get them going on what is missing and get it to them in a hurry. I hung on like a mad dog and took naps so I could call them at 1:30am in the morning my time all this week which is the time the processor got into work everyday on the East Coast.
Yes, Wells has become very difficult to deal with since Equator. I feel it is more that you cannot reach the proper people in charge because they hide behind the inefficiencies of Equator.
I just found out last week 99% of my problem is that Equator has been axing all my uploads. Most of the files are not in the system, they simply disappeared. With each tasker they were uploaded, seen weeks later and now have disappeared.
The VA loan is another beast and the Equator software demands tasks to be completed that simply are not needed. I finally have a live person and do hope they will get me an approval by next week. It has been a long 5 1/2 month wait. Very frustrating...
