My role is to consult, negotiate and handle the details. A consultant asks profound questions and listens vigilantly. When it comes time to save you money, I will represent your money like it is my own. Every transaction requires over 100 phone calls involving 70 pages of documents and more than 50 signatures. I will oversee all the details.
I work differently than a traditional real estate agent. A large portion of my business comes from referrals. Most real estate agents spend 80 to 90 percent of their time looking for new clients. I spend most of my time working with clients who were referred to me. I invest 80 to 90 percent of my time focusing on making your experience with me first-class. As a result, my current and past clients happily refer me to family, friends and coworkers who also deserve first-class treatment.
