Inger Hebert is an accomplished real estate professional with over 12 years experience in all aspects of new home and resale home sales. Over the past year, Inger has individually listed and sold over 25 bank owned properties in the Phoenix area. Inger is currently enlisted by several companies to provide Broker Price Opinion (BPOs) evaluations on properties in Arizona. Inger works extensively with not only our agents but other real estate agents in the area to further their knowledge of trends in the market and skill sets that our necessary in this market. Prior to founding The Transitions Team, Inger was a successful sales associate for a top-20 private new home builder. Inger’s expertise include: managing a large client base, customer care techniques, negotiations and sales closing techniques. Inger attended and graduated with honors Hyland Bay, the nation’s leading new homes sales training program, and holds the designation of Certified New Homes Sales Specialist. These programs polished her sales skills of: continuous selling cycle, listening to achieve sales and value building. She also proudly achieved a ―secret shopper‖ score of 98/100 while working for her first new home builder.
