About Hyko: When people hear my name, they do a double take. They're constantly asking, "How do you pronounce your name again?" and "Where are you from?" Born in Germany and raised in Australia, I am a thirty year resident of Santa Cruz County fortunate to live in this paradise. I have been married to my beautiful wife Alicia, a local elementary school principal for 17 years. We are a blended family and have three beautiful grown children, and one grandson. When I am not knee deep in something to do in real estate, I enjoy staying active. I am an avid runner, hiker and tennis player.
