I'm a residential realtor in the San Francisco East Bay area, working with buyers and sellers from first time buyers to seniors who are downsizing and often moving to our senior community of Rossmoor in walnut Creek. I've unfortunately had clients recently who needed to sell their home through a short sale and I've successfully gotten them through the long, arduous process. I've also represented buyers who have bought a home in a short sale. I have experienced working with first and second loans, and negotiating with both lenders.
