I have been involved in short sales since 2009. I am a CDPE - Certified Distress Property Expert and also have my SFR - Short Sale Foreclosure Resource certified. I have been running the operations, Training and compliance department of a short sale company since 2011 and have been involved with closing about 300 short sales.
