I began in the real estate industry 6 years ago starting out as a real estate assistant and transaction coordinator and soon after in 2006 I obtain my real estate licence. I also worked as a escrow officer and office manager for a small real estate office in Moreno Valley. In 2007, when the real estate market was slow, I developed a detailed processing system to negoitiate and process short sales for my client's distressed properties and have had a high success rate in obtaining short sale approvals from short sale lender.
