Eric - just saw your question. I contacted Simon Whang here in Portland (971 673-1880). You many need to find someone in CA ... though after I spoke to him our office had a webinar led by him. The best thing is to go online and file a formal complaint... https://www.doj.state.or.us/consumer/complaint.shtml CA must have similar. They will contact Ocwen.
Eric - Did you take my suggestion to contact the Department of Justice? They are interested in hearing from more realtors and their specific issues with Ocwen.
