Since 1983 have been conducting Residential and Commercial real estate services in Sales, Short Sales, REOs and Property Management. We have established relationships and are currently providing the following banks and Asset Managers with services including but not limited to Pre-Marketing, Listing, Broker Price Opinions and Auctions. Our team consists of my husband and I "Brokers", both brokers' associates with Prudential California Realty, a full time administrative & transaction coordinator, accounting and billing administrative, a team of 8 buyer’s agents and licensed contractors are knowledgeable and experienced in all REO procedures and guidelines.
