I ben in the biz for over ten years , I benn doing nothing but Loan Mod's . I successfully completed about 50 loan mod's I have done many short sales ober the last 10 years , but realize there is so much more to learn now a days because it's not like the good old days of just tieing up a property and doing a simo close . so I am always re educating myself with up to date info. And beleive me you have to dot your i's and cross your t's to get a short sale done these days. So thats why i am at this site. In search of people that have gone through the most recent ways of soing a short sale. i HAVE ALREADY SPENT WELL OVER $40 K IN BOOT CAMPS, SEMINARS, BOOK, TAPE'S , CD'S AND YOU NAME IT I HAVE LEARN AND USED EVERY CREATIVE WAY TO BUY A HOUSE WITH NO MONEY OR NO CREDIT. I've also even did some mentoring myself and still do take on a few students at a time.
