With over 27 years experience as a Triangle resident, I know North Carolina just about as well as anyone. I started in real estate by buying, rehabbing, renting and selling my own properties. I made a lot of mistakes along the way, but I also made a lot of good decisions too. The interest quickly grew, and before you knew it, I graduated from the School of Hard Knocks and immediately became a licensed Real Estate professional. Today, I am the Owner and Broker-In-Charge of Cornerstone Property Group, Inc. and am also affiliated with Selling Directly, LLC. But, I didn't start that way. I too, worked for one of the national real estate franchises, but quickly became inhibited by the lack of freedom these bull-pens offered. So, I amicably parted ways, and never looked back! Ever since, I have been a multi-million dollar producer in residential and investment real estate sales, and I am considered to be in the top 10% of all Realtors nationwide. For many years, I have been working with banks' and lenders' asset portfolios, helping to manage and dispose of foreclosure and REO inventory. I am also Short Sale Certified. As a result, I am able to bring that knowledge and experience to the table for both my Buyers' and my Sellers' advantage.
